SLI Maintenance Services

Performing minor electrical repairs such as repairing light fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.
Changing light bulbs.
Check and reset timers.
Small plumbing repairs, including clearing stoppages, replacing filters, repairing faucets, etc.
Carpentry services, such as fitting doors, building shelves, sanding and finishing floors.
Replace broken glass, tile, screens, fixtures, locks, etc.
Painting.
Minor concrete, masonry, roof and fencing repairs and maintenance.
Landscape cleanup.

RATES

$25.00 Per Hour (PM Client)
$30.00 Per Hour (NON PM Client)
